Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a new logo and business card design for my growing CPA firm, "Tish Ledoux CPA LLC". We provide tax, bookkeeping and accounting consulting services and specialize in small businesses. I am also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I am attaching the badges indicating the designation and should be included on the business card.
The logo design should feel friendly and strong and suggest financial safety. I would also like the focus of the Logo to be on the "Ledoux
CPA" but must also include the full name. I am including two previous logos we considered and liked the feel of but didn't quite meet the mark.
