OVERVIEW:

The theme for this calendar is American (red-white-blue) and should have a modern feel. Please see website links and attached logos.

This calendar will feature screenshots and behind-the-scenes photos from all American Stories Shows found on our website.

We will supply screenshots for you to choose from via a Dropbox link once selected. Some sample screenshots are attached to get you started on design concepts.

SPECIFICATIONS:

28 PAGES – Cover, Back Cover, Inside Cover x 2, 24 calendar pages @ 2 pages / month

SIZE: 11” x 8.5” finished – excluding bleed

FULL COLOR – CMYK

DESIGN & THEME:

Each page will be 11" x 8.5" finished (excluding bleed margins) and have 2 pages for each month plus front and back cover and inside pages - total 28 pages. A sizing template is attached for your reference.

The pages will have a scoring hole for hanging on the wall.

The front cover will be a cover design that should make the calendar look appealing and reflect our brand and theme well.

INSIDE DESIGN INFO:

For the calendar date pages there will be a main photo on 1 page with a short photo description. On the dates page, the dates will be in squares so a person can write in them (IMPORTANT).

Relevant squares will also have special days in them including show premiere dates, US holidays, show stars birthdays, company anniversary, etc.

Some date pages may / can have mini photos on them as well. Some months have more than 1 photo that could be used if the design works for it.

We will supply special dates & holidays shortly but want to get started on the design style now while we complete assembly of the dates.

The inside cover pages (2) will have some info about our brand and maybe some photos that didn't make it into the main calendar pages.

The back cover can have a collage of all 12 main photos like they normally have with wall calendars that you buy on sites like Calendars.com.

DESIGN COLLATERAL:

We've attached our corporate logos, fonts, and some sample images that can be used in the calendar to start the layout concepts.

We will be compiling special dates and featured text while we review design concepts to select our winner.

Fully editable layered AI source file (DO NOT USE COREL DRAW – we cannot read these files)

Fully editable layered PSD source file (smart objects preferred)

Supply all fonts used so we may edit the calendar later – fonts must be licensed for your commercial use already or contact us to acquire any needed fonts.

We have licenses for all Adobe & Envato Elements fonts. Google & Microsoft fonts are also options. If you need us to acquire fonts from Envato or Adobe for your use, please let us know.

We have the Adobe Creative Suite. Any files you supply must be compatible with this software for both reading AND editing – including text.
