WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am re-establishing my building company after 15 years of managing other peoples building companies.
My main focus is building medium density housing with other investors as part of a syndicate. My current website is hopeless and cant be found by Google or Yahoo. It is www.kareelaconstructions.net.au

I have a couple of websites that I have seen that are a good inspiration for me.

I have looked at the Mainz Developments site http://www.mainz.com.au/ and like what I see. They offer the same development service that I want to offer. I also want to have a membership page/area for trades.
• The site is not wordy. It is glam and emotive
• The links to each page are easy to see and follow.
• The home page has the large images at the bottom that direct you into the emotional areas i.e. what we are building, discover the possibilities and expression of interest.
• The “Services” page is great. No long stories. Just click on the image you want to read about and off you go.
• There are a few links that don’t direct you to the correct pages i.e. expression of interest.
• There are a few places where they capture your contact details.

Also the property strategies page http://www.propertystrategies.net/positive-property-strategies of the PPS site is very relevant to my goals. This site has a similar message but is far wordier explaining it. The research part of me likes this site as it explains more. It also uses emotive description.
The one annoying thing is the “Portfolio Turbocharger” sends you to a page with no tabs above to move to another page and “Property Mastermind” sends you to another site. I suppose his aim is to get paying people to his education courses and into his syndicates.

There is also Shane Hiscock’s site http://shanehiscockproperty.com.au/services/ It is hard to read due to the colours. Again it is wordy, but it is educational.

My preference is using the template of the Mainz “services” page and each wordy piece is a link.

Target market is people that want an investment property portfolio.
Have a SMSF or Self Managed Super Fund and want property to diversify their portfolio.
People wanting to aim for early retirement and spending time with family or working for worthwhile causes.
Have a reasonable risk profile.
Have imagination and can see how a syndicate works and the benefits for everyone.
Have imagination and can picture the finished product.
Prefer not to pay retail for property.
Prepared to wait for units to be constructed.
People that want others/joint partners around them to be come wealthy as well.
