Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We're developing a new logo and the attached is what we have so far. We like it, but we think it needs some tweaks to make it perfect. For instance, rather than the 'dotted' fade out style at the top of the W it would be great to have those look more like water droplets. Open to other interpretations as well!

To help with context, Work Water is an all natural, non-carbonated, low calorie energy drink marketed as an "Energy drink for professionals", and the overall aesthetic of the brand is basic but professional.
