Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a website design for a new land purchasing and development business based in PEI. We are just regular guys trying a new adventure buying small parcels of land, doing the hard work seperating them into lots, building roads and selling off a dream location. We help folks like ourselves buy the lots, create a house plan and help get the project done.
We have a wordpress website, but no skills. The site should have our simple story and links to individual land development progects, currently we have 2. The larger project is on a golf course and images have been uploaded. We would like a map of the properities with locations on the properties you can click to see the views/ pictures. It would be great to have the ability to superimpose house images on the lot images. This would help prospects see the end results. I have attached some photos and logo's, however, they are not manditory.
The project would have to allow for us to update and maintain the site.

- Allow fo us to maintain the site. Company overview page with story and contact information. Links to current realestate projects (developments). Project pages with the informaiton on the land and purchasing. Since this is land not houses, maps to the site, maps of the parcel, maps of the individual lots with the ability to review photos based on the views of that particular lot.
Schön zu haben
- The ability to upload and overlay a house picture on the lot. This would provide a visual of the final build.
