T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a unique t-shirt design to spread the message for my coaching project. I call it Evolution Movement. My mantra is: "Evolve your art (whatever sport/hobby/activity you love) evolve your heart" (and you will grow as a person). My belief is that the two are entwined and feed of each other. So I would like the design to reflect that. My main coaching focuses are on martial arts and sprinting/running based sports but is not limited to that. Designs and symbols I like are yin yang, trees, dao, martial arts and other symbols of balance.
Please feel free to explore your own ideas and im certainly open to suggestions outside what I just mentioned. The design can be simple or more elaborate.
But im visualizing something like a path with someone traveling with a background of a combined compass and yin yang symbol with a nature background perhaps. Other symbols of wisdom and warriors would also be worthwile to mention like monks, , samurai etc. Colours I like are charcoal blacks, tan, brown, olive, gray etc. Would like the design to work on dark backgrounds: black, olive and navy blue. My logotype for the moment is a shoe/foot in motion and could be incorporated in the background if only sublimely or edited to fit into the rest of the design. Of possibke I would like a front and a back with a smaller piece for the front and something bigger and more elaborate for the back.
