Tattoo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need to combine key components from one primary design concept and several secondary examples for the background. I also need the designed to understand i have a current tattoo on my outside shoulder that also needs to be incorporated into the design. A picture has been provided of current tattoo.

Specific Concept Ideas:
1. Starting with the guardian angel on the 'Primary' image.
2. But instead of being on top of a demon I had considered making the guardian angel standing on a pile of skulls similar to 'background ideas3' document but more realistic skulss and a littel darker (not in actual color but my evil looking).
3. Third, I don't really like the current background on the 'Primary' image. Rather I like the smoky look of example 'background ideas 2'.
And I like the swirly designs at the top of the shoulder on example 'background ideas' file.
4. The tattoo needs to consider my pale white skin - not too dark black. Also, i would like it to go from the top of the shoulder down to the elbow and wrap around the arm - maybe not completely, but I do not want it to just be on the outside of my arm only.
5. The current tattoo is hard to make out, but it say Love if you look at it right side up. And you can see the word Evil if you look at it upside down. I think this incorporates nicely into this concept of Angels vs Demons.
