Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a logo designed for my new community. Below are the details

- name of Community is People Of Change
- the community is all about the people (leaders and professionals) who are responsible for corporate business transformation programs and change programs
- the community objective is to bring those leaders together to learn, grow, connect, have meaningful conversations and elevate their perspectives
- as the leader of the community am all about next level change and transformation for cooperate leaders
- the values of this community is all about care, respect, create meaning, skills mastery, leadership, self awareness and being open minded while being authentic, having fun and not being too serious
- the vibe of this community one of care for each other, corporate professional style, next level, also a lot a bit of fun ..
- all with the propose of creating better products and services for customers while being humane and have thriving culture
- the community is about connecting the dots , elevating leadership levels, it’s about the PEOPLE (the ones doing the work of the change managers, project managers and transformation leaders) , and it’s about empowering them to show up and be visible (see attached image of my attempt to create something and you will see the dots connecting and the people - humble efforts but I know a pro designer can do a lot more - also open to new ideas Dont use mine as a base if you don’t want be creative)

I Dont like the following colors : purple and red

I like colors like green, orange, watermelon, yellow and black and also blue

The log is a delicate balance between showing my character and care, and the color are style of skills mastery, leadership and growth

The community is to be created on Circle.so.. you can have a look at the platform and some sample communities to get the vibe

The shirt name of the community is POC (People Of Change)
