Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a logo that has only the faceplate circular design of a mac v dive helmet, in gold. Like the loop x's and within the circular housing surroinding. This should be underlined /cut off by a gold thin line equaling the length of the next text width. Then imeddiately below that, in white, the word BASTIDA, then directly under that, the word CAPITAL, also in white, where the top of each letter, slightly overlaps the botyom of the word BASTIDA. This should also be encompassed in a dark slate, almost black solid background rectangle box
