Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are an emerging dental (no we don't want the traditional tooth designs) collective - which means 50+ dental practices being run under one umbrella. This retractable banner (33w x 81h) needs to catch they eyes of participants attending a large industry meeting. Our group in young, energetic, dynamic and on a trajectory of growth. We want to attract partners who are established dentists, but still have years to go in their careers. Our collective is unique because we are led by dentists who make the decisions – not corporate executives. Our doctors always do what is in the best interests of their patients in providing exemplary oral health care.
The conference will also be attended by team support persons who are looking for stability and career growth opportunities – predominantly female ages 25-40.
The final design should communicate
"Dynamic Leadership" - envisioned by dentists, built by dentists and led by dentists;
"Partners You Can Count On"- multispecialty collective with a passion for excellence;
"Innovation"- We think outside the box setting the standards, not following the trends.
Here is our website and the design elements should be consistent: @www.mosaicdentalcollective.com It is likely that some images will make the banner more appealing. If stock imagery is recommended, we do not want "teeth" or standard cliché dental designs. More of a partnership focus.

• 3 distinct sections; plenty of white space - not cluttered; pattern development based on brand colors and website style. I have attached a brochure with a pattern that I like. It is not ours, so I'm not suggesting it be replicated, but rather to give an idea of the type of pattern that might work.
