Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

As upcoming founder of my IT Consulting company based in the Netherlands, I am now urgently looking for a logo which:
-uniquely identifies my company from any other existing company
-shows the company name clearly
-simple
-relevant to IT industry
-easy to remember and leaves a lasting impression on people
-scalable
-versatile
-perfect artwork
-looks brilliant on both paper and on digital

The logo should show 'Mount Sigma' as my company's name.
My company would be seconding my employees who are IT professionals as technology consultants to various clients(or companies) in different sectors, among others to government and financial institutions, industry, educational institutions, telecom providers, healthcare sector, consumer sector and various other companies. It is very important that this logo is eye-catching to both this group of clients and the job candidates which my company would love to attract, hire and retain (mainly computer geeks and seasoned software professionals).

This logo is ialso ntended to be targeted at a global audience as it is my vision to go global with the company in 2023 through 2027, mainly in setting up branches in the UK and Canada, with subsequent expansion plans in the rest of Europe, US, Latin America and Asia in the following years. So when this logo designed by you shows up in these countries a few years from now you certainly can be proud of it (and I personally would love to give you credit for it if we connect with each other). The logo should thus easily appeal to both companies and job candidates anywhere, especially in making them to want to apply to work for the company. In this regard, a projection of warmth and reliability is expected of this logo.

The last but not least requirement of this logo is that it has to stand the test of time as it is my wish to pass this logo to my future generations so it has to be able to still be relevant say at least 100 years down the road. This might be a tough one to fulfil but who knows you know of a trick or two based on your experience or creativity?
