Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Our sailboat is a catamaran named Absolutely, the dinghy is named Positively - it is a play on the old FedEx ad, when it Absolutely, Positively needs to be there overnight. I have worked for FedEx for almost 29 yrs. The boat will be placed into charter in the Caribbean. I want to make a play on the “sol” in Absolutely - sol is sun, and it is also the initials for both me and my wife. I see the “o” being a rising/setting sun in FedEx orange, with a rippled sea below in FedEx dark purple. I see the “l” as maybe a palm tree, but I’m not sure about the “s”. I would also like the “sol” to be able to be lifted out and stand alone, as well. Attached is my rough sketch idea. We want simple clean graphics, with basic colors, not too intricate., but not too cartoony.
