Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are in the financial services industry...so the opposite of creative... and need help! We are taking our small but mighty team to Cabo San Lucas over President's Day for a retreat and would like a fun logo specifically for the event.

We're part of a larger company, Royal Alliance, so we're calling the retreat the "Royal Rally". We'll need to DIY the logo onto welcome gifts (tumblers, beach bags, beach towel etc.) so would like the logo fairly simple...the name and an icon maybe?

Our office is very open with a "light" feel. Most office walls are white with dark teal or a lighter teal accent wall. Our parent company color is Royal Blue...so a tiny bit of Royal (or Dark Blue) in it would be nice.

We want something that aligns with a bunch of Minnesotans going to Mexico...Sun? Beach? Boat? Flower? Tree?

I attached some logos where the style appealed to me from a quick google search. The attached sample "Timothy Hill Ranch" is my favorite...it's simple and classy...though small individual letters will be tough for us to transfer for our DIY projects.

We're actually pretty open to ideas and options - the biggest factor is simplicity since it's a 1x event.
