Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Greetings DesignCrowd!

I am new to the site and looking for instant interaction. I operate a management consulting, training, and coaching firm based in Massachusetts. We recently relocated so change is rampant...toward that end, we are looking to revamp a 11 year old logo, website, and looking for brochures.

For now, our logo is of most importance as the other two will feed from it. File 1 is what we started with but due to similarities to a very large insurance company in the same market, we preferred to avoid lawsuits and I came up with the 2nd one (file 2) ...with some creative photoshopping and microsoft add ins......

I need the help of creative experts to help me relaunch. I like corporate, clean, and memorable...but not too busy. At the same time, I like challenge, action, and enthusiasm to begin before I actually step into the room. I need a logo and soon to come collateral than can take my existing logo from today to where we need to be!

Can you help?

Our core products are change management, customer service, diversity and inclusion, and team development...that's a lot but we want ot portray being the umbrella that protects companies from "themselves" and to help employees perform at their best level to achieve personal and professional goals!
