Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a consulting company called "Philhaven Consulting". The logo would be used on PowerPoint presentations, training materials, business cards, website and communications (electronic and paper) and also on pens, mugs, shirts, etc.
The consulting business currently provides project management, continuous improvement, change management leadership in the form of teaching, coaching and leading projects. However I do not want the business to be limited to this kind of work only.
The name Philhaven comes from the name of a grandmother's boarding house that she purchased after her husband died in the war and needed to provide for her and her family. A haven is a safe place to wait out a storm. In this business, Philhaven Consulting provides a safe place to help their clients navigate through change and business challenges.
I am open to colours, however I do like green. I would prefer something fairly simple in design yet meaningful.
