Verpackungs-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Packaging Design Brief

We need a new package design concept for our retail coffee products, namely

- 250g bags (WxLxH): 9.5x8x24cm (picture with example of bag type is attached, but bag will be printed on new material, no more brown paper bag, as not ideal for colorful printing) for different types of coffee (Arabica / Robusta / Blend)
- 500g bags (WxLxH): 11x9.5x27cm for different types of coffee (Arabica / Robusta / Blend)
- Drip Box with 10 units/bags à 12g, total net weight 120g (WxLxH): 10.5x10x12.5cm for different types of coffee (Arabica, Ginseng, Ganoderma and Chocolate coffees). Pictures from our drip box products are also attached.

The design should be compatible with our recently developed gift box which is generating a lot of attraction with our customers (pictures and design vector PDF are attached).

The products will be sold in retail stores and through our web shop, as well as in our new concept store (pictures attached).

Have also attached ai files with our current package design for the different products for you to see all the text and other elements we are currently using.

Based on feedback we need to follow to get our products listed in big supermarket chains, the design should be more colorful and display in a easy way (using pictograms) why people should buy our products (e.g. referring to the various awards we have received).

A few words about us:
We are a coffee producer in the Central Highlands of Vietnam with a sustainable, fair and inclusive business model. We are producing Arabica coffee from farm to cup, sourcing our coffee cherries directly from local farmers which are members of an ethnic minority. We are creating stable jobs in a remote and poor area of the Central Highlands. Besides Arabica and Specialty Arabicas, we also produce Robusta, blends and herbal coffees with Ginseng and Ganoderma. Our products are sold to 4 and 5-star hotels, in online and retail shops in Vietnam and we will soon start to export our coffee to other countries in Asia and overseas.
We are Rainforest Alliance certified and have received many awards (golden brand of Vietnam, special product from Dalat, typical rural industrial product of Central Vietnam, One Commune One Product (OCOP) 4 stars) for our outstanding product quality and our socially responsible business concept. We are a member of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and a certified SCA roaster. We are Halal and ISO certified.

For now we will sell the products in Vietnam and Thailand, but later we are also planning to sell them in oversea markets.

• We have developed a gift box (pictures and vector files attached) which is very popular, so the new package design for the bags/drip boxes should be compatible with that box design, can reuse certain design elements from that box, but it is not a must. Also we should receive a design proposal both for bags and a drip boxes
