Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a cool and fun, minimalist (hipster-ish) style logo for a home buying company called: Alternative Home Buyers.

I do NOT want a typical logo with a roof line over it. I want this to be unique, minimalist design.

I also do not want bright bold colors, this should be more subtle and classy as opposed to modern and bold.

I have attached a few logo designs that I like, for reference. What i would like to see is a standlong logo with icon for Alternative Home Buyers as well as a version of the logo with a circle around it(hipster style)
