Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My newly developed LLC needs a logo design that will be used in my website and all materials. I’m envisioning something that grows yet that also incorporates hands or something along those lines. The work I do is essentially guiding leaders in their growth, much of which involves work in diversity, equity, and inclusion. I train and coach groups and leaders in developing a new lens in perspective of the lived experiences of others, help people navigate bias, and guide organizations and school districts through analysis and creating solutions. While yellow is my favorite color, I know it likely can't be the dominant color of the design. No purple, please. I like the idea of an image of something that grows and that is supported...communicating that continual, supported growth is a beautiful part of leading. Perhaps a sage green and sky blue could be incorporated.
