Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for an annual guys outing we have. It will be emblematic of common themes of the weekend. The idea I have is this: a worn and tattered pin flag with a lanky bird two fisting whisky and beer toasting with the blue girl hat on flag. pin stick is a torpedo shaped burning cigar with a cash cigar band, burning end up and the pin flag tied to it.
angle the cigar flag into a pin hole on a puddled green (down and distance) so the flag is prominent. I am uploading pics of the hat, a bird idea (would want it to be cartoonish, this is just to give idea of lanky shape and beak) and some pin flag ideas. There is also a stylistic idea I like, but I am not married to. I am open to creativity and if the designer would rather have the bird off of the flag with a cigar in his mouth and cash peaking out of his pockets and tending the flag so the bird is a more prominent piece, I am open to that too, in fact that may be the way to go with this.

I added additional pics of logos I like. The sepia image is a style I gravitate to, but it doesn't have to be that style. I like the colors. The elephant cartoon in the parasail logo is a style I like for the bird cartoon.

I added sketches as requested. Perspective shot is out of scale. I want the green and bottom of the cigar to fade into the distance with the top of the cigar, flag and bird being prominent. I am not the kind of artist you guys are. The other sketch shows just the bird and can be a full body shot of the bird. I hope this helps with your conceptuals. john
