I'm personally unsure of how to incorporate pink with the teal but this is what they are wanting to show a touch of support for the daughter who had breast cancer. The father was also a police officer so the ribbon has some meaning there too. The picture I just uploaded was just something I was playing with - I'm sure you've got better ideas to balance the whole logo out. Cheers
