Before start working, I've got a few queries to be clarified from your end:

1. You mentioned a landing page which means all of your content will be displayed on one single page, however, the requirement mentions 3 pages. Also, the content you wanted to duplicate from the website has 8 pages and is a homepage-style website. If you want the content on one page, it'd be helpful if you mention specific sections you want to feature on your landing page.
2. Any suggestions for the colors or you're open to the designer's choice?
3. Do you have professional HD pictures of your clinic that you want to use or is it up to the designer to choose images?
4. What is the call-to-action component you need on the page?
