Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a logo that is more wide horizontal than vertical with the mascot name and the company's year of inception. The logo should say the name Sparky and since 2000 which is the year this business started. I would like to use the top half of the character previously designed Design Number 30236087 and add the other information to the right. Additionally may we do Design Number 30236087 in it's original format with the name Sparky near his feet as pictured in some of the earlier designs before the many revisions as well as the name Sparky by itself so that I can place it wherever I like for our vehicle designs. Perhaps it could resemble our existing company logo.
