Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new professional services company (i.e. consultancy), which specializes in finding the best people in the industry and embedding them in energy, minerals & construction projects to deliver exceptional results.

Key services include project management, engineering, project engineering, GIS specialists, accounting consultants, construction engineering, etc. Current industries include energy, oil, gas, water processing, mining accounting, consulting, and construction.

I'd like to go for a bold emblem-style logo that can be easily color inverted for applications on staff/client clothing, websites, business/accounting documentation, etc. Also worth noting that we prefer gun metal, black, light grey, blues and navy.

I also want a brand that staff are proud to be a part of, which gives off the image that we are more than the standard consulting/labor hire company that "takes employees for a ride".

I have a few logos that I've crudely completed myself to get up and moving (see attached). We'd ideally like a logo with two variants,

1) An emblem or logo for merch branding and simple applications.
2) An emblem + "Tier 1 Professionals" to define what the logo means.
