T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have attached images of what we would like for our overall T-Shirt design. This design is for a boxing company and is meant to be a full front T-Shirt design with a screen print/transfer sheet on a black background.

We would like the lion, in the attached image to be holding the boxing gloves, with flames, in its mouth. We would like the colors, which are the lion and the boxing gloves image, to stay the same - Orange and Blue. Where there is black background on the lion, please remove this background so that it looks seamless with the t-shirt. We would like the design to blend in well with the gloves and the t-shirt. We like the look of the lion, but just need the gloves and the lion to be more cohesive. We don't particularly what it to be too different.

Additionally, we would like the following words added:
- Above Lion: Leo Vinci
- Below Lion: Boxing

Use your discretion in adding the words, but possibly put the entire lion in a circle with the words around it or the words by themselves, but curved around the lion. Please limit the white onto this image since it will be mostly on a black background.

For your personal reference, I have added Leo Vinci Boxing's logo so you can have an idea of what their style is already.
