Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a short term (family) home and apartment holiday rental company on the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Our areas of coverage, at this time are Portsea, Sorrento (main office headquarters and majority of properties managed in this area) Blairgowrie and Rye & looking to expand in the coming years to take in other areas Tootgarook, Rosebud, McCrae, Safety Beach & Mt Martha.
Project is to create a logo to replace the old. We have just released a new website, in its basic format, with intention to develop further and expand. Logo/Business Name will be used to replace all current branding currently on building signage, google page, social media, all stationary such as Calendars, envelopes, business cards etc. Our base colour is the Blue that is featured in the 'calendar' uploaded for reference. Black is a definite for that prestige feel (refer to website). Some highlight colour/s could be advantageous.
We want our brand to be stylish, still reflecting the beach theme, more upmarket than current, timeless and in line with our website feel.

We are a family owned business and wish to reinvent the business and give it a new life, a lift of exposure and rebranding that will stand out creatively with flair.

We don't want to look like our competitors in the areas ( real estate agencies and other short term rental companies)

We have the front beach which is serene for boating, fishing, swimming and all water sports, and the back beaches. not required to be reflective in our logo.
Families who travel to the Mornington Peninsula love the 'lifestyle' .
