Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung
I need a Real Estate brochure for marketing. As the title implies, it will have a luxury look and the layout must be fascinating.
The Development is called 'COLCHESTER COURT' located in 'Ikoyi' Please describe the building as its name. t the bottom of the brochure cover page write, 'Luxury Apartments'
The brochure will have minimum of 6 pages and maximum of 8 pages. I have about 14 pictures into insert in the brochure.
This brochure will be needed for printing and also should have a version i can use for download, online, maybe in a pdf format.
I have Uploaded all photos. I will like to see the cover page design sample and back page design sample. Other pictures can be used to fill up other pages until we agree on layout and then we can substitute the pictures for the original ones. The 'Approach View' picture should be used as 'Cover page' of the brochure, while 'Aerial view' picture should be used as back page of the brochure.
Text messages will go with each picture to explain them. Kindly make allowances for this.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I need a more detailed design with all the concepts suggested included. I also want for designers to have a reasonable time within which to deliver up a satisfactory design. Please note that the design is to include a print material and an online material in adobe file.

Thank you for your efforts so far.
I will like to mention that the cover page picture and text needs to be grand and bold because this is the key selling point of the property.
The property is called 'Colchester Court' located in Parkview, Ikoyi. So it can be described as:
"Colchester Court"
