Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Our town is beginning a neighborhood pace car program. The Swampscott Neighborhood Pace Car Program is a citizen-based traffic calming initiative that encourages Swampscott residents to take responsibility for their own driving while setting the pace for safer streets and neighborhoods. The concept is simple: Swampscott residents sign a pledge to drive safely, courteously, and within the speed limit on Town streets and receive an official Swampscott Pace Car decal to display on their vehicles.
The Pace Car decal shows other drivers that you are taking part in a community-based effort to address the problems of traffic speed and pedestrian safety in Swampscott. The decal also serves as a "pledge reminder" to Pace Car drivers each time they get behind the wheel and drive around the Town.
Logo Text
The decal should say "Swampscott Pace Car" or "Pace Car". beyond that, we are open to suggestions for a short message about safe driving.
