Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi,

I would like somebody to improve my current logo. I would like to keep the look of the badger the same but need it smoothing out and exported in the highest resolution possible. I am a video editor and have made this myself, but graphic design isn't my skillset so I would like to have it professionally made and polished off. I would preferably like to hire somebody who works with Adobe and is willing to send me the working files once the logo is completed, but this isn't a deal breaker.

For the output I would like 3 versions of the badger with the text wrapped in a circle around it please (see attached). One in black and white, one neon blue (43DDE2) and one in neon pink (F50CA0). Please keep the badgers eyes white in all versions.

I would also like you to send me just the badger (see attached), without the text and in 3 different colours please. One in black and white, one neon blue (43DDE2) and another neon pink (F50CA0).
