Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a company logo for our new business, Open Systems Northeast, Inc. I am purchasing an existing security company, the company that I have been the General Manager for the last 14 years. The existing company is called Open Systems Integrators (I will attach a copy of the existing company logo below).
Open Systems Northeast, Inc. is a security systems integration company. We install and service access control, CCTV, intrusion, and fire systems with the goal of integrating these platforms together for seamless monitoring and control of each platform or several platforms integrated together. We work with locks, wires, computers, servers, programming, software, security cameras, card readers, electrified locking hardware, panic buttons, fire detection components, etc.
We are located in Northeastern New York State and cover 5 states in Northeastern USA with all commercial customers. The geography ranges from cites like Albany, NY to the country side with hills and fields and farm land....from supermarkets to colleges to school districts to warehouses to hospitals to apartment buildings to office buildings.
I would like at least two colors, such as Dark Blue, Royal Blue and light Blue.
I would describe who we are and what we do: Professional, Partnership, and Peace of Mind.

• a logo that represents what we do. I like logos that have images that are more impressionistic, with lines and shapes that lead your eye to see the intented image. "Open Systems" needs to stand out and draw your eye in.

• The created image that represents what we do, incorporated into the text of the name of the company. "Open Systems" purhaps one color and the "Northeast" on a second line with a different color.
