Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new cafe in Las Vegas that will be serving asian shaved ice, croffles (croissant waffles), specialty treats, and coffee to the residential demographic of Las Vegas. Our logo needs to be elegant and modern and timeless. Láon means "joy" in Korean and is also a historic cathedral town in France. Our goal is for Café Láon to become a staple to the residents of Las Vegas and provide them with something they haven't seen yet. Our exact color palette is not decided upon yet but it will be a mix of a sage green, ivory, and gold lighting. I am attaching some inspiration pics that illustrate the elegant yet approachable atmosphere we want to achieve.
