Just an idea but a creative idea we have seen to develop is to use land surveying legs for the A in N”A”TIONAL. That’s a creative way to put a known land surveying element into the design.

Prefer “republic” and “national” to be the same height in the logo since it’s the company name

we like the circular logo design concepts with the "R" and the "N"
