Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo designed for our Auction Business. The company name is C.Lee Liquidation & Auction LLC. We hold online auctions and mainly sell items in the following categories: Machinery, Tools, Vehicles, and Asset Liquidation.
I would like two styles of logo's designed. The first is a modern style one similar to the "Auction Time" and "Federal Equipment" examples that I have attached photos of. I would like this to state the name of my business and then somehow indicate that offer consignments, auctions, machinery, estates, and liquidation services.
The second style would be a more traditional design that would look like it is hand painted from 1970's America. I have attached two examples showing old hand painted styles.
