Verpackungs-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hey guys, we're Bolderglow, a new company in need a shipping box design for a our first product called "Glowscape." Glowscape is a poster-sized glow in the dark sheet that kids can write on using purple LED pens. Writing with the pens will create a vibrant, neon-green glow that fades after a few minutes, so kids can doodle on the sheet to their hearts content.

We're selling Glowscape exclusively by e-commerce, so the shipping box needs to be attractive and informational enough to give as a gift. There is no internal box; the shipping box serves as the entire package. Box dimensions are 25x3x3, the dieline is uploaded.

For the design, we're looking for all-over color that is eye catching and vibrant, appealing to kids 6 and up. We prefer colors green, blue, and purple. We don't want an all white or a black background. We're interested in having abstract images on the box that are reminiscent of how a child would doodle with a light pen to create the glow effect on the poster (like swirls or zigzags), or a spark/light burst effect (such as in our logo). Included with the poster are light pens that look like animals: cat, dog, bunny, turtle, whale, frog, unicorn, and dinosaur, so it would also be neat to include stylized drawings of these animals (simply drawn, like a child would). Another idea is any design element that has a science/tech/lab feel, such as grids, hexagons, etc.

We mocked up a box design, but all the text content is not necessary to include; please pick and choose as needed. The box needs space for a barcode and a 4x6 shipping label somewhere.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• The name of the product ("Glowscape"), the logo and slogan (can be separated), ages 6+, room for a shipping label and barcode. For the shipping label, leave a background since this area will still be printed, but avoid putting text there please.

Schön zu haben

• Abstract imagery of how a kid would doodle, and/or abstract imagery that makes the box seem sciency/techy. We aren't including a picture of the product on the box, so we need something to make it look exciting and fun.

Sollte nicht haben

• All black or white background.
