We would like to remodel and find a new design for our hotel groups Kejja. Something younger and clean. No need to keep the same color ( blue) or police, we could go with black or gray.
KEJJA GROUP is a real estate investment company that opportunistically acquire and invest in small scale limited service to upscale, full-service hotel and resort properties located in or near urban markets in major gateway cities.
Our mission is to build the largest portfolio of hotels in Québec through opportunistic investment in lodging properties, utilizing a conservative capital structure. We aim to achieve this mission through investing based on extensive research; focusing on properties with operational and redevelopment opportunities; and staffing for intensive asset management and operational involvement.
We share a vision of personalized hospitality experiences through our independents hotels and see it has an advantage in today’s marketplace.
