Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking to update our existing logos (3):
We are called (1)The Esteem Group, and under our umbrella, we have 2 divisions: (2). Esteem Plumbing Services; (3). Esteem Building and Maintenance.
We are Plumbers (all things plumbing) and Builders (specialising in renovations).
We have had the same logos for 7 years now, and looking for a fresher update. The logos will be used on our uniforms, web, prints, and cars.
We don't mind our current colours in the existing logos, but would be happy for new suggestions if they look good. I will attach our current logos for you to see.
I would like the new logo to be clear and bold so they stand out.
Currently we use the logos all differently:
The Group with 2 logos we place on our signatures and letter heard so people can see the whole company.
The individual logos are placed on cars and uniforms. The Esteem Group logo on it's on is also used on cars and uniform.
