Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a company based in Guatemala, named Equipos Globales, which dedicates to distribute fitness equipment both commercial and domestic gym equipment, for whole sal and retail markets. The logo Should represent the company but mainly targeted to position a high end Specialty fitness retail store. We wont say it s a Concept store, since not its nota 1 brand specific store, The idea its to position our companies store, which handle top tier brands in the category, Such as Matrix Fitness, Water rower, Keiser etc...
We want a logo that can be easily recognized, has positive energy and at the same time is elegant. Our company its not o only a retail oriented, we supply gym equipment to all market niches, Commercial, vertical(hospitals, clubs, apartment buildings, condos), and high traffic , high volume commercial gyms.
The Idea is to have the word PUNTO(which means dot or spot), and fitness in the logo. We will use the logo for social media, the company, our service and delivery vehicles, so it needs to representative as "x marks the spot; however this is the dot/spot(PUNTO) is identified as the place to buy fitness equipment.
