Tattoo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I want a non colored pice on either chest or shoulder (if should possible add sleeve to it someday) I would like a realism pice that shows my late mother as a garden angel and ties with life and death them. Would like the face of my mother be used on the pice. Can be a collage of different things. Can either be a Greek kind of them or would be curious on what a western kind of vibe to it would look like.
Approximately 4x7 inches roughly nonspecific size. Include the dates 3/12/1973 - 7/18/2007
