Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are resigning our logo due to a change in entity. We uploaded our old Vine and Valley logo as well. We are a vineyard management company based off Napa Valley California that farms wine grapes. We would like to see simplicity with a touch of elegance something sort of timeless. A logo that can be put on website, business cards, trucks, hats, and jackets. Aside from the name itself we'd like suggestions on a certain feature aside from the name itself to identify the company. We will upload our old logo and some examples of our competitors. We like a logo with subtleness and one that's versatile enough to make a statement on wherever we print it.
