Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My company is the tours/excursions operator for the Goldwynn Resort in the Bahamas. I need the logo to be in line with the file I attached. I don't want it too similar as I want to have my own identity, but it needs to be relatively uniform to the resort. No need to worry about any additional text. Just need a logo for "Bahama Dream Tours". Tarzan Tourz is the name of my other company. I don't want something as simple as Goldwynn's logo. I want it to have some substance. Something dreamy that goes with the name. Ocean themed. For example a mermaid tail trailing off as part of the font or something. Can be as creative as you like. Colors preferred blues, yellows, black. Incorporating the Bahamas Flag colors I have attached; not limited to these colors but these flag colors should be dominant so that its recognizable from an abstract sense.
