Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi there, I’m looking for a logo for my brand name. I want to make sure it’s patchable (on hats) looks good on a shirt. It’s suppose to represent union employees just like the name states “union jockey” my first strong idea was always a jockey on a silhouette horse with negative look (I think is the right verbiage?!) I know it has to be very minimal due to the size. I would like an idea with that with UJ or Union Jockey. I’m looking for a staple of a logo. Whether it’s just union jockey itself with some background. Here are some points
