I have created several projects with you and have several great designs. I need to format them into a Billboard for upcoming Hurricane Season. Need done in a month. Im also in process of getting an eye catching and easy to remember 800# Vanity phone number like Call 800-Hurricane or 800- Got Claim? My included past Design Crowd projects will give you an idea of what colors, schemes, and designs I gravitate towards. 3 past Design projects were 1) 2 Logos where I picked the 1st place and the 2nd place and 2) Index Card where I picked the winner as the Index Card and the 2nd place as a Post Card. Point is, I will pick and pay for 2 winners if they're good. This should help to sweeten the pot. Also, please look at my website for ideas that I like:

I've been getting a lot of quick half effort designs basically cut & pasting my previous projects. Please don't rush and take your time to be creative. A an example, my Biggest Competitor is Noble Public Adjusting. Their colors are Black and Gold while mine are Blue, White, and Black with a highlight of Orange if possible. I JUST imported a picture of their BillBoard. I need mine better and BLOW AWAY THEIRS. Terms like "Don't be Victimized Twice ?, Don't let the Hurricane Ruin your Life?". "Get Fairly Paid & Move On" "Our Clients Claims are VIP?

I'm getting a lot of quick half effort ones. I'd rather you take your time and really put some thoughts and effort into it. My Biggest Competitor is Noble Public Adjusting. They have black & gold colors, while I have Blue, Black, and white.
It needs to blow theirs away. I have imported their Billboard for comparative purposes.

I'll make it easier for you in what I'm looking for. Please look at the Noble Billboard picture attached.
1) Put my "Blue Shield" to the left, replacing their logo
2) change color patterns from their (Black, Gold, White) to my color schemes of (Black, Blue, White)
3) I want to see my name where their is:
