In need of a logo for herbal products - Herby Didi

Hello, creative bunch. I am coming to you in need of a logo. I am looking forward to your innovative designs. I want to extend a big thank you to all who will try to design it. Please see my points below. No. 1 is a must. I will try to post the best possible description of my vision, but maybe you are much more creative and will surprise me beyond my wildest imagination :D
1. The logo should have the words: "Herby Didi" with a cross ("hidden" within) - herbs and plants as God's creation.
2. It should have green plants/leaves in it. Not too flowery, more so something simple like leaves. (Please see included image) I like the simple design, but the H looks like J at the beginning, which does not work for me.
3. Didi is a girl wearing glasses and a hair bun on top of her head. Perhaps she could be incorporated into the logo? She is fun, wears overall (working in the garden but not holding any gardening tools in her hands, please), and is entertaining. Maybe she could be used with and without logo/words (Herby Didi)? Could she be lying on top of the logo chewing on the grass? Or peaking from behind the logo? Perhaps you have a much more creative idea.

Please see included images. Ultimately I am looking for something memorable, green, Godly, and fun in one. The company will sell herbal products to aid people and their ailments - all-natural, with no additives or other garbage, only a truly pure and natural aid.
