Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new Human Resources and Recruitment company based in Sydney NSW.
Our focus market is Commercial Construction, we are looking for a modern, contempary Logo, without the gimmiky stock images that are usually used, such a hammer or hard hat. We would like it to cover the following divisions, General Construction and Civil Commercial Construction Labour hire, Permanent White Collar Construction , Executive Construction Consulting and Our Youth market. We would like a bold colour palette incorporating wording Twenty3 as well as a sort of picture logo with the number 23. I also like the concept of two perpendicular lines and three horizontal lines incorporated into it.
