Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a business we purchased a few months ago. It is a convenience store with an small emphasis on groceries / mini market. We also have a small laundry matt in our store.

We are located in a residential area, at a busy intersection. This store was run down and neglected. We are revamping it, cleaning it up, adding hot food, expanding the groceries section, adding cold grab and go section.
We have a high client base that gets government assistance for food.(food stamps) We have many folks walk to us for food as they do not have a vehicle. But at the end of the day we are your typical gas station. (We do not sell beer/wine/liquor)

We want the logo to be simple, profesional, and catchy.

Our colors are white and blue. For the logo, we want to use blue and green in the logo. The green needs to be a bright neon lime green. I was thinking the apostrophe could be a 4 leaf clover. We prefer Lucky's to be in cursive.
