Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The Birmingham Parking Authority (bhamparking.com) manages public parking decks and lots in downtown Birmingham, Ala. In addition to its website, the Parking Authority has Facebook and Twitter accounts. The logo will be used on those online assets as well as street signage.

The Parking Authority (which uses the initials BPA) wants a new logo as part of its effort to remake itself. That effort includes a new strategic parking plan, integration of off-street and on-street parking services, promotion of downtown economic development, partnership with city leaders, and new leadership.

The new logo should be more dynamic compared to the more generic current logo. The current logo features the color green, but the new logo can incorporate any colors from the chosen color palette. Palette is attached.

The letter P with a circle around it is the universal symbol for parking. Do not include that in your design because the logo and the parking symbol will be paired together on signage.
