Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a new logo design for a medical clinic. The clinic is purpose built, with a modern fitout. However, we want the clinic to have a warm and welcoming feel. The name of the clinic is "Sage Medical West Footscray". However, we are only really looking for a logo that contains the words "Sage Medical". West Footscray is the name of the suburb that the new clinic is located in. If you could incorporate the suburb in the logo (maybe in the form of a background/overlaid map???) that might be good, but definitely not a must. We are wanting the logo to have colours that have been chose from the below link, possibly to include the colour terra cotta as well?? This is the colour scheme that we plan to use throughout the clinic.

We would also like the design to be somewhat easily replicated throughout the clinic. E.g., the below link has the logo of the clinic replicated on the front of the reception desk, partition walls and on the glazing of the windows. We very much like this and would want this in any logo design.
