Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Seeking a flyer design that will be very eye-catching for use within social media platforms as well as uploaded to business websites.
The flyer will be used to announce a newly formed international joint-venture / co-operative between breeders of Speckle Park beef cattle.
Focus should be on the speckle park breed as well as the two countries involved (Australia and Canada) possibly featuring both countries national flags.
Predominant color schemes are not critical, we are happy to review any/all options.
Logos for both businesses are attached. Hoping that they could be shown side-by-side / partially combined to highlight the partnership.
