Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like to tweak my current logo to better reflect the clients I serve. I am a sole trader and my business name is a play on my surname, Mortell. I am a mobile speech therapist, servicing North Brisbane suburbs. I see people with developmental disabilities (e.g. cerebral palsy, autism) and complex communication needs who have little or no speech. I introduce them to technology such as a speech-generating device to communicate.
I would like to keep my logo similar but tweak it to add a tablet/iPad into the design rather than the bird. I want to keep the same colour and font of the text. I have uploaded my current logo, some ideas I generated on a free logo maker and some pictures of different types of communication devices.
I am not sure if I want to include a tagline (slogan). If it becomes too busy, I'm happy to leave it out.
