Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo designed for a small company called Interview Experts. We provide training for people, who are primarily hiring for technology/software development roles, on how to effectively interview candidates and assess their fit for the role and for the company. We don't want the initials of the company ("IE") incorporated in the logo. The logo needs to have some relation to interviewing, for example, we've considered a handshake. I believe we want a Combination Mark Logo, meaning we can use the logo and the company name (Interview Experts) individually or together. We want to strike a good balance between coming across as professional but also not too stiff and corporate.
