Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking for a logo design for a new car club that is specific to Japanese Kei Cars. The club name is "Kei Cartel"
I would like both a full color logo for stickers and web as well as a single color outline that can be used for laser engraving or single color vinyl cutter.

The logo should include the Japan Rising sun, a sketch of the Suzuki Alto car that I have attached, and of course the name "Kei Cartel"

I would also like to somehow incorpate the "cartel" theme into the design if at all possible. This could be the silhouette of an AK47 perhaps surrounding the logo? I am not sure - give me your ideas of "cartel"
